OSC Breaks Ground in Opelousas

Today, the Our Savior’s Church Family in Opelousas broke ground on a brand new O-Town Campus off of I-49 at the Harry Guilbeau Road exit. This new 43,000 square foot facility will seat over 1,200 worshipers in its state of the art sanctuary. The building is split into two main areas, the adult worship area and the children’s church area. The adult worship area includes a large sleek lobby with polished concrete floors and rough sawn wood slats in select areas on the walls and above small meeting areas adjacent to the O-Town cafe. The main sanctuary contains 510 movable floor seats and over 700 tiered seats in an open stage configuration. The children’s church area includes age specific child care ranging from infants and toddlers up to middle and high schoolers, all with their own custom age-specific ministry environments.
