Oak Center Development
Architects Beazley Moliere is taking bids on behalf of M Properties LLC on September 19th, 2022 for the new construction of multiple buildings at 1206 E Broussard Road, Lafayette, Louisiana 70508.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes the earthwork and site work associated with Oak Center Development and consist of the following:
- Earthwork and soil stabilization.
- Site work and grading.
- Onsite soil treatment.
- Concrete slab, piles and foundation.
- Preformed Metal Building Structure.
- Stucco and applied stone veneer exterior walls.
- Concrete masonry exterior and interior walls.
- Wood doors in hollow metal frames.
- Storefront exterior and interior glazing systems.
- Light gauge metal framing and gypsum board wall systems.
- New plumbing and HVAC systems.
- New electrical lighting and power system
The completion of this project shall be completed in 365 calendar days.
