LPD – Interior Renovations – Rejected
The Lafayette Police Department is taking bids on _____, ___ 2020 for the Interior Renovations and Exterior improvements of the Lafayette Police Department building on East University Avenue. This project is a renovation of the Southeastern portion of the first floor as necessary for a new administration area entrance for private parking area. The work includes but not limited to the demolition and renovation of walls, finishes, electrical, mechanical and fire protection. The work also includes a new exterior drive and parking area under an existing live oak canopy. The completion of this project shall be completed in 150 calendar days.
